The Proper Format of a Business Letter: There are certain fixed formats, which enable you to write a business letter. There are certain tips that help you to write a business letter in a correct format. Salutations are a must to finish the letter e.g. ‘Yours truly or Yours sincerely’ etc. Leave enough of space (approximately 4 spaces) after the salutation and type in your full name and title. Please bear in mind that a letter is incomplete if not signed. Always sign below the salutation (between salutation and your typed name and tile).
