Subway Sandwich Menu: Subway is a multinational restaurant franchise that is famous for its delicious sandwiches and salads. The ‘Submarine Sandwiches’ are the main focus and theme of the franchisee. A Submarine sandwich is available in a six-inch, ‘choose the filling’ offer. All the Subway stores are complete with their stock of lettuce, tomato, onions, green peppers, olives and pickles. They also offer regionally preferred toppings.
A Subway sandwich menu also includes breakfast items and personal pizzas. The breakfast items comprise of baked foods like bagels. However, the breakfast and pizza choices are not available at all Subway stores.
Subway makes a conscious effort to organize its menu according to the region or country. The Subway sandwich stores do not keep ham and other pork cold cuts in Muslim countries, where the people consider the meat taboo. The store however, maintains the same vegetable fillers and these are offered at all the Subway stores. The Subway main menu includes the following delights:

- Hot & Fresh, Toasted sandwiches.
- Salads.
- Wraps.
- Special catering and Kid’s Pak.
Subs or the regular sandwiches: These are delicious Submarine sandwiches, low in calorie and with less than 6 g of fat. These include veggie delite, ham, turkey breast, turkey breast & ham, roasted beef and oven roasted chicken breast, subway club and sweet onion chicken teriyaki.
Hot & fresh, toasted sandwiches: They consist of meatball marinara, spicy Italian pepperoni and salami slices topped with cheese. The varieties are steak & cheese sub, Italian BMT, Chipotle southwest steak &cheese and chicken & bacon ranch.
Kid’s Pak: These are Deli-style sandwiches made with ham, classic tuna, turkey breast or roast beef.
Subway sandwich salad: Subway Sandwich offers fresh and delicious combinations for salads, in four main styles. These are the grilled chicken & baby spinach, veggie delight, tuna and the Subway club.
Grilled Chicken & Baby Spinach Salad: This delicious salad is made with baby spinach, lean and tender, all-white meat chicken breast strips, red onions, tomatoes, cucumber slices, green pepper shreds, black olive slices and carrots. These are served hot or cold, with the customer’s choice of topping.
Veggie delight salad: It comprises of chopped lettuce, baby spinach, tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, peppers, olives and carrots.
Tuna Salad: This salad is put together with savory flaked tuna, mayonnaise, red onions and olives or a bacon strip and extra cheese.
Subway Club Salad: The salad has roast beef, ham, turkey breast chopped iceberg lettuce, red onions baby spinach, tomatoes as well as green pepper strips, cucumber slices carrots and black olive slices. The customer can choose the dressing.
Subway Sandwich Shop: Subway’s corporate name is ‘Doctor’s Associates, Inc.’ or DAI. Fred de Luca and Peter Buck established the chain in 1965. Today, Subway has 26,583 franchise shops, spread across 85 countries. Subway’s headquarters is in Milford, Connecticut.
Subway has recently launched its ‘Subway Dinner Theater’ television campaign with host, Jon Lovitz.
Subway sandwich coupons: Subway used to offer food coupons to its customers. This was in accordance with the Sub Club promotion program started in 1980. Under this program, the customers received a stamp for every six-inch sandwich bought. The collection of eight stamps earned a free sandwich.
Subway coupons are no longer available, since the franchise owners eventually discovered counterfeit stamps.
