This view has not been supported in recent decades by all the advocates of husky wolf dogs as escorts and companion animals. Most wolf and husky wolf dog rescue organizations state that all the wolf dogs preserve many of the characteristics and necessities of their wild relatives and are therefore inappropriate as domestic pets. But even these husky wolf dogs require a lot of care and love and they require an environment that is much different from both the dogs and also the wolves.
The Siberian counterpart: The Siberian husky wolf is also a hybrid and so there have been cases where there is a tussle regarding its ownership of this variety as well. These are medium sized, graceful, and a tenacious sled dog. They are dignified and also a very handsome. There is a lot of endurance and can pull loads for quite long distances. The skull is of a medium size though the muzzle is slightly bigger. They also have spectacles, striking masks, and other facial markings occur in wide variety. They have an appearance like that of a wolf though smaller and with less shaggy fur.
