Combine all the ingredients and marinate the meat in the mixture for at least 2 hours. If you are using Sirloin, marinate and keep overnight.
Preheat the barbeque or stove grill to high.
Heat the skillet and sauté the onion slices for 5 minutes. Combine soy sauce, water and lime juice and pour over onions, add black pepper and continue to sauté until the onions turn translucent and dark on the edges.
Grill the meat while the onions are sautéing.
Heat up another skillet on high heat, which will serve as your sizzling serve pan.
After the meat is done remove it from the grill and slice into thin strips.
